National 'B' License
The National 'B' License focuses on the education of practical and theoretical developments in modern soccer, so that coaches may devise, organize, and evaluate coaching sessions in basic and advanced skills, tactics, strategies, and systems of play. Candidates will also better understand and employ the complimentary managerial, medical, and coach-related aspects, appropriate to the role of the coach at the competitive level.
The practical components are heavily geared towards the ability of the coach to plan and implement effective training sessions based on a variety of technical and tactical coaching topics. Coaches will undergo practical assessments based on assigned topics. Successful participants will be eligible to apply for the National 'A' License course while those not meeting the standard will be required to retake the full course and assessment components.
