All MSA affiliated members are eligible to apply to host an Entry Level Referee Clinic, Refresher Clinic or Small Sided Referee Clinic.  If you are interested in hosting a clinic, please download the appropriate application form below and submit it to the MSA.

Clinic requests must be received a minimum of 1 month prior to the date of the first module. The deadline to request a clinic is March 31 of the current year. 

Approval of requests will be based on Instructor availability. Please review the Host Requirements on page 2 of the application to ensure you are able to meet the requirements.
