Vision: To put Manitoba ‘on the map’ of developing top male talent that can compete with players across the country and worldwide.

Mission: To create a challenging, safe, and fun, high-performance environment that allows male athletes in Manitoba the opportunity to get to the next level, striving for the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency Program and Youth National teams, but having University opportunities as a biproduct. This will be accomplished by creating an environment that pushes every individual to become a better person and player.
